$3.00 per thousand or fraction thereof for the first $50,000 and up to and including $100,000
$2.00 per thousand or fraction thereof for the first $100,000 and up to and including $5,000,000
$1.75 per thousand or fraction thereof for the first $5,000,000 and up to and including $10,000,000
$1.50 per thousand or fraction thereof over $10,000,000 and up to and including $15,000,000
$1.00 per thousand or fraction thereof over $15,000,000 and up to and including $500,000,000
$.90 per thousand or fraction thereof over $500,000,000
